Georgia plans new deep-water port

The Anaklia Deep Sea Port will cover approximately 400 hectares of land, and the consortium will have exclusive rights to use the land for 49 years

Georgia''s Ministry of Economy and Sustainable Development has announced that the Anaklia Development Consortium has been awarded the contract to build and develop a new deep sea port close to the town of Anaklia on Georgia''s Black Sea coast.
