Norautron Group renamed EMBRON Group

EMBRON Group Norautron Group had revenues of NOK1.4bn in 2016

Norautron Group has changed its name to EMBRON Group to help strengthen its position as a global technology business.

The Norway-headquartered Group, parent to technology firms GuardREC, Elektronix and Norautron, in addition to maritime display and computer manufacturer Hatteland Display, had revenues of NOK1.4bn in 2016

“EMBRON provides a unique combination of leading technology solutions and services with extensive knowledge of the industries we serve. This enables us to be both deep and broad in our approach to providing our customers with exactly what they need in each specific case, while utilising cross industry expertise to the benefit of our customers,” said Trond K. Johannessen, president and CEO of EMBRON.

The Group is 100% owned by JC Broch, which is fully owned by Jørgen Cato Broch.

It has 15 offices in nine countries and employs around 900 people.
