MCA Brings Successful Prosecution of Pollution Ship
The UK''s Maritime and Coastguard Agency successfully prosecuted Freedom Investments of Panama earlier this month following an incident last year when one of their general cargo vessels breached the Prevention of Oil Pollution Regulations.
