Wärtsilä dredges propulsion package orders

The self-propelled cutter suction dredger Athena features three Wärtsilä 6L46F engines and Wärtsilä fixed pitch propellers for a total installed power of 21.6 MW.

Wärtsilä has recently been awarded a series of orders to supply propulsion solutions for dredging vessels to be built in China and the Netherlands.
