Proteum has recently supplied three 150HP OXE Diesel outboard engines to power a new workboat for operations on the River Thames.
The OXE diesel that pioneered the availability of high powered diesel outboards with its 200hp unit is now getting close to the introduction of a 300hp version.
French marine engine manufacturer, Moteurs Baudouin, is renowned for its range of robust, durable and efficient engines and will be represented at this year’s Seawork International by UK and Ireland Distributor Proteum.
OXE Diesel has become the first diesel outboard in the 150-400hp class to be fully approved for commercial use at sea in international waters.
