Among the products on display will be the company\u2019s latest DPH drive, featuring an upgraded internal design, complete with the same support and aftermarket care customers expect from the company.<\/p>\n
The DPH drive is the latest addition to the company\u2019s D4 to D6 AQ engine range. From July 2014, Volvo Penta will be selling the DPH-D as part of its complete package, along with the AQ engine, the EVC control system and a full Volvo Penta global warranty. This combination enables customers to take full advantage for improved performance, low fuel consumption and fast acceleration.<\/p>\n
There have been no installation or dimensional changes, making the DPH-D fully and seamlessly interchangeable with earlier variants.<\/p>\n
Keeping a grip on things<\/b><\/p>\n
The Dutch, German and French navies have all recently installed the Volvo Penta AQ sterndrive range in their new series of rigid-inflatable boats (RIBs), largely due to its high-performance acceleration and agility. The AQ range is also favored by London\u2019s Metropolitan Police, which has equipped its Targa boats on the River Thames with the engine.<\/p>\n
