Thames being made ready for Jubilee Pageant

Port of London Authority (PLA) crews are laying over three miles of mooring chains for vessels taking part in the Thames river pageant, which takes place on 3 June to mark the Diamond Jubilee of Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II.
