ETI reports paint contrasting pictures for UK wave and tidal energy sectors

Two new reports from the Energy Technologies Institute (ETI) conclude that tidal stream energy ''has the potential to compete with other low carbon sources on cost,'' but that wave energy ''needs radical innovation if it is to be competitive.''
