First UKHMA Harbour Master Certificates awarded
The UK Harbour Masters’ Association (UKHMA), in association with other UK port trade bodies, introduced a new Maritime and Coastguard Agency endorsed Harbour Master Certificate following the award of an initial five certificates at a ceremony in London.
