Boskalis takes over Fairmount
After considerable rumours in the towage industry, Royal Boskalis Westminster NV (Boskalis) has announced that it has reached an agreement to acquire Fairmount Marine BV and the Fairmount OceanTowage Company BV (Fairmount) from the French group Louis Dreyfus Armateurs.
