Aluminium Marine Consultants celebrated the successfully delivery of the fourth and final Crew Transfer Vessel in July 2016 for operation off the UK coast.
Hurricane TOW is the last vessel in a four vessel contract for Aluminium Marine Consultants. The 25m catamaran is a Category 1 boat classed by Bureau Veritas. Primarily intended for use as wind farm support vessels, she also has capability for dive and survey ROV operations either overboard or through a moonpool. Twin MTU engines, again driving Rolls-Royce waterjets, will take the craft to an anticipated 28 knots.
