Éomer Zwijnenberg is Director Corporate Lending - Energy Transition & Circularity at Rabobank Wholesale. With more than 14yrs of experience in international wholesale banking, he supports European - particularly offshore and maritime – clients as they navigate the shifting energy landscape. His work focuses on enabling the sector’s decarbonisation journey through structured, scalable, and sector‑specific financing solutions that help accelerate sustainable growth and circular business models.
Éomer began his career as Management Trainee at ABN AMRO in Amsterdam. Over the following years, he held a variety of roles across Risk Management, Financial Restructuring, Structured Finance and Client Coverage, working both in the Netherlands and internationally. He joined Rabobank in Utrecht in 2023, where he continues to apply strategic and technical expertise to accelerate sustainable transformation in the energy sector. He holds a double master’s degree: an MSc in Business from Erasmus University Rotterdam (NL) and an MSc in International Public Policy from University College London (UK).
