Syncrolift Upgrades Software
New software has been launched by Syncrolift Inc , part of the Rolls-Royce naval marine business in the USA that has installed 226 of its Syncrolift lifting platform systems worldwide. They provide an elevator mechanism to lift a large range of marine vessels from the water, transfer them to dry maintenance facilities, and lower them back in again.
Also in the order from the Zhenhua Port Machinery Company (ZPMC) are 10 Rubber Tyred Gantry Cranes (RTGCs).
Atlas DockMaster is the new flagship control software for Syncrolift, providing advances in ship lift control and operation technology to further expedite the safe and cost effective dry docking of ships. Building on the original Atlas software, Atlas DockMaster provides enhanced control and visibility to the operator through its ability to ‘tailor’ docking load profiles automatically and intelligently.
