The United Kingdom Harbour Masters Association (UKHMA) has relocated the venue for its popular Spring and Autumn Seminars to the Victory Services Club, a short walk from Marble Arch in London.
Damen Shiprepair Rotterdam (DSR) is the first yard in the world to receive the ISO 9001:2008 certificate, successor to the ISO 9001:2000.
The Tamar is faster than its predecessor, and is the most technologically advanced lifeboat ever to be produced by the RNLI.The Damen Shipyards Group member is situated in Rotterdam Harbour, where it undertakes the maintenance, repair and conversion of all types of ships. DSR had to raise its excellent customer service standards even higher to meet the requirements for the new certificate.
