Dragon fires up

Dragon LNG’ s new liquefied natural gas terminal at Waterston, Milford Haven in South West Wales has successfully completed its commissioning phase and has now commenced commercial operation. The ability to import LNG is a significant component within the UK’ s long-term energy strategy and the new terminal is the result of international inward investment from Dragon’ s three shareholders. BG Group (50%), Petronas (30%) 4Gas (20%) can supply up to 5% of current UK demand with the ability to send out 6bn cu/m of natural gas per annum to the UK’ s National Transmission System.
