Cash for Seaford Sinking
Marine South East, which addresses the needs of the marine sector in the UK South East region, has offered 40% of the funding for an initial scoping study into a project which aims to boost the local economy of Seaford and Newhaven.
A professional tour of the Port of CapeTown takes place on the afternoon session of Wednesday 15 May, followed by a free social evening. A Sponsored Theme Dinner takes place on the Tuesday evening and the traditional Congress Dinner will take place on Thursday evening.The regeneration project would involve sinking an old warship off the coast to create an artificial reef for divers and marine life.
