Ferry crossing relocates

LD lines will introduce a new direct ferry service between Rosslare in southern Ireland and Cherbourg in France starting on 19 September. The link, which was previously launched between Rosslare and Le Havre last November, is being relocated to operate via Cherbourg to increase service frequency, which shorter crossing times to and from Rosslare will provide. LD Lines’ ‘ Norman Voyager’ will operate the new service, providing six return sailings each week with a crossing time of 17 hours.
