Navigational Synergy
Tyneside UK based John Lilley & Gillie Ltd has strengthened its portfolio of navigational products by acquiring a 50% interest in marine software company PC Maritime. PC Maritimes founders and owners, David and Anne Edmonds, retain a 50% interest.
Since 1995, group turnover has grown by almost 400% and the workforce has increased from 6,000 to over 19,000.
PC Maritime’s core product, the Navmaster electronic chart system, combines well with Lilley & Gillie’s charts and navigational instruments to provide a complete electronic navigation package of chart data, ECS or ECDIS software and hardware.
