Clarification

The story on page 59 of the June issue made reference to German media reports that an Irish company went bankrupt before taking delivery of the tug eventually named ‘ Jade-Service 1’ . MJ would like to make clear that company is not Island Shipping. Island Shipping is in very good health and will expand its fleet with the delivery this month of ‘ Island Meercat’ . It also has under order the first two Wildcat 15m Windfarm Support Catamarans being built by Cork’ s Safehaven Marine.
