ERB sales soar

Wales based Avon Inflatables has seen a 45% increase over the past year in the number of UK fire and rescue authorities using specialist Emergency Rescue Boats (ERBs) designed for first responder incidents and heavy duty workboats for ongoing flood situations. Highly portable ERBs with small outboard engines are intended for rescue rolls rather than recovery and have been supplied to numerous UK fire brigades as well as the Metropolitan Police in London.
