Dales hails record

Dales Marine Services continues a record breaking year by completing its first contract for James Fisher Tankships. The £ 300,000 project involved repair and maintenance work to 4,842 ton tanker ‘ Chartsman’ in the Dales dry dock facility at Aberdeen Harbour UK. Over a three week period Dales painted the vessel’ s hull, replaced the main engine crankshaft and overhauled the tailshaft, thrusters and valves as part of a regular major survey.
