IALA VTS Manual out now

The 2008 edition of the IALA VTS Manual, prepared by the IALA VTS Committee, is now available. It updates the guidance and advice provided in previous editions to assist authorities considering the implementation of a new Vessel Traffic Service or the upgrading of an existing one. The 194 page A4 paperback, which includes the Manual on CD, is priced at € 35 for IALA members and € 70 for non-members.
