Denmarks Thrane & Thrane completed the purchase last month of 88.6% of the shares in EuroCom Industries , giving it control of maritime communications brands Sailor and Skanti . As a result of the acquisition, the combined company will be able to provide its distribution partners and the market with a broader maritime products portfolio.
