Ten Million Passengers for HSS
Staff and crew on board the Stena HSS fast ferry from Holyhead to Dun Laoghaire celebrated both the vessels eighth anniversary recently and the ten millionth tourism passenger. The two HSS craft operating between Britain and Ireland have also carried almost two million cars, 45,000 coaches and 335,000 freight vehicles since the service commenced on 10 April 1996.
