SES acquires Humber Telecom

Marine electronic service and dealership Ships Electronic Services Ltd (SES) has acquired the assets and goodwill of Humber Telecommunications Ltd (Humber Telecom), which will now continue trading as Ships Electronic Services – Humber. Alan Somerscales, former owner of Humber Telecoms, will remain with the company for another year to oversee a smooth transition for his existing customers and the integration of SES.
