New subsea company

With full support from EXS Subsea AS, a Norwegian oil and gas investment company, Graeme Kidd has led a successful management buyout of Oceanteam Subsea Services Ltd and launched the new company Specialist Subsea Services Ltd, of which he is managing director. An initial sum of some £ 10m has been earmarked for further investment and expansion of the Aberdeen based company. In addition to offshore oil and gas, the company will also work in the offshore renewables sector.
