Training academy sponsored
Wilhelmsen Ships Service is supporting the work of the Nautical Technical Training Academy (NTTA) by providing a range of the company’s Unitor branded safety equipment, including a brand new liferaft which will be used in the academy’s crew training facility to teach the Basic Safety course.
The NTTA, based at Groningen in northern Holland, trains ships’ crew in the use of safety appliances. The new liferaft is a welcome replacement for a tired second hand liferaft which has been extensively used for training.
