Tides seals a Dutch deal
Poole UK based Tides Marine International, working with their Dutch distributor Cuno b.v, part of the Exalto Group, is supplying SureSeal dripless propeller shaft seals and Smart Seal temperature monitoring systems to No Limits Ships based inHolland, which specialises in building survey vessels to be operated in both offshore and shallow water applications.
The equipment will be used on No Limits Ships’ pleasure and professional ranges of craft. Established in 1996 No Limits Ships has a wide range of custom made vessels which are used for a variety of commercial purposes such as hydrographic surveying, patrolling, coastguards, and surveillance as well as transporting passengers inshore and offshore.
Exalto B.V is a technical wholesaler for marine equipment with its own production facilities. Activities include the distribution of marine equipment, design andmanufacture of custom made propulsion systems, and the development andassembly of Exalto Wipers.
No Limits Ships was impressed with the quality of product supplied by Tides Marine International, which has been awarded ISO 9001:2008 certification in recognition of its quality management systems for the supply of marine equipment.
Tides Marine International is the main overseas distributor for US manufacturer Tides Marine’s range of propeller shaft seals, rudder bearings and mainsail track systems. Their product portfolios also includes Aqualuma underwater lights, Armstrong Nautical ladders and outboard brackets, the TallonMarine accessory mounting system and Transhield boat storage covers.
