Falmouth Harbour Commissioners (FHC) in the UK has submitted a licence application for an energy test site in Falmouth Bay, Cornwall.

The 'Wave Buoy' from Ocean Power Technologies (OPT), which has signed for deployment at the Wave Hub off the coast of Cornwall.
