Dredging expert appointment
The UK’s MDL Marina Consultancy, a division of MDL Marinas, has appointed a new assistant project manager in charge of all matters relating to dredging, dredge licensing and general marine licensing.
Ben Carroll will also carry out research and development work for the MDL team, as well as taking a project management role in some of its consultancy projects.
He joins the MDL team from Southampton-based ABP Marine Environmental Research Ltd, where he worked as a coastal scientist specialising in the analysis and planning of port, harbour and marina related projects with a focus on environmental and dredging studies.
The MDL Marina Consultancy team is hugely experienced in all aspects of marina and waterfront property development and management and has been responsible for a number of major waterfront developments.
Its team can assist with all facets of marina infrastructure planning and design, including managing the process of securing all permits, licences and consents.
