Palfinger unites all products
Austrian company Palfinger Marine has announced that it is uniting all its products under one umbrella brand.
This means Palfinger Ned-Dick, Palfinger-Dreggen and Norwegian Deck Machinery (NDM) will be fully integrated into Palfinger Marine.
With the growth of the company over the last few years, Palfinger’s product portfolio has largely increased. It now includes marine cranes, offshore cranes, davit systems, boats, winches, offshore equipment and wind cranes.
It is hoped that by integrating its multiple sub-brands under one umbrella the company will strengthen its brand awareness as Palfinger Marine.
This change means that Palfinger Marine now has one legal entity in Norway, Palfinger Marine Norway AS, which consists of Business Unit Offshore Cranes (formerly Palfinger-Dreggen), Business Unit Winches and Offshore Equipment (formerly NDM).
Davit Systems will change its legal entity to Palfinger Marine Netherlands BV.
