Mines Rescue Marine name change
In response to wide ranging changes in the business context of UK marine training provider Mines Rescue Service Ltd., (the parent company of Mines Rescue Marine), the company has announced its change of trading name to MRS Training & Rescue, in order to better reflect the breadth of health and safety training services it now provides.
Mines Rescue Marine will also now share this name and branding, in order to create a consistent identity across the full range of health and safety training services offered.
Since 2008, Marine has been an integral part of the company and claims it has established itself as the marine authority on enclosed spaces. Adam Allan continues to head the marine business as its managing director, under the guidance of the company’s new CEO, Stuart Hoult, who joined the company in February. Adam and his team will continue to offer specialist enclosed space services such as; consultancy; training; equipment provision & rescue cover into the maritime industry, delivered onshore or on-ship.
MRS Training & Rescue also have appointed Julie Wilson as their Marketing Manager, to lead and develop all marketing activity.
The new name is effective immediately, and will be implemented across the company’s product and services throughout the calendar year 2016.
