Hatz off to SMM
German engine manufacturer Motorenfabrik Hatz will introduce its new three-cylinder diesel 3H50TIC engine for the first time at SMM in Hamburg.
Hatz will also showcase its bigger, marinised four-cylinder 4H50TIC as well as a propulsion solution powered by its air-cooled single-cylinder, Hatz 1B50.
All engines are characterised by common-rail technology from Bosch, the compact dimensions and the exclusive use of premium components.
They also comply with current exhaust emission standards without exhaust gas treatment thanks to the iHACS (intelligent Hatz Advanced Combustion Strategy).
The 3H50TIC has a turbo charger and intercooler which allow the engines to have a maximum torque of 200 newton meters and a maximum power of 46 kilowatts.
It has a capacity of 1.5l and a maximum speed of 2800 revolutions per minute, requiring an installation space of less than a fifth of a cubic meter.
Visit Motorenfabrik Hatz at SMM from 6 to 9 September on Stand A3.201.
