Don’t miss your chance to attend Seawork International, the largest and fastest growing commercial marine and workboat event to be held in a European working port – Register as a delegate now.

Seawork Innovations Showcase
This year, 28 companies have qualified for inclusion in the Seawork Innovations Showcase. Don’t miss this unique feature in Hall C which focuses on products and technologies introduced in the past 12 months. The diversity of ingenious products and applications on display will make the announcement of the winners a highlight at this evening’s celebration, with the overall winner being presented with the prestigious Spirit of Innovation Trophy.
Conference
There will be a packed conference programme each day. Highlights will include on Tuesday 10 June: The New Workboat (Brown) Code; Wednesday 11 June: Grant funded support for companies to engage with Research Institutes to support R&D Thursday 12 June: Navitus Bay Update and future opportunities for the marine supply sector in the UK Offshore wind industry.
New product launches
Seawork product launches will include a diverse range from new engines and outboards through to slipway trailers, portable winches and a low voltage fuel polishing system. Other launches include a floodlight, software to create ports in 3D and a 1000m-rated electric and subsea manipulator.
Demos on the quay
Demonstrations afloat this year will include the latest rapid prototype vessel from Nauti-Craft Australia, the new MACSYS control monitor and navigation system on-board CTruk’s high speed military Force Protection Craft THOR, the Fibrelight MOB recovery cradle from CQC and Yamaha’s K38 Rescue using a ProWC Rescue Runner.
Visitors to Seawork are invited to try Volvo Penta’s new IPS for marine commercial applications onboard SC Amethyst (berth V26) during sea trials on Southampton Water.
Stand demos
Demonstrations on-stand include a fuel purifier from MarShip UK, Virtual Marina Safety Awareness Simulation training from MYMIC and re-arming lifejackets by Survitec. Harken will demonstrate how pulleys, purchase systems can assist in lifting, pulling and guiding loads with ease, while ECDIS will use its own portable mini simulator to show high speed navigation into Southampton.
Dive Tank
The Dive Tank on the Quayside has a daily schedule of underwater demonstrations including the Tritex UT Meter, the Cygnus DIVE Mk2 underwater thickness gauge, the Sub 3 dive light from Exposure Marine, as well as pipe assembly tasks, ROV’s and diving helmet trials.
Drinks receptions
