Kongsberg lands subsea protection deal as cable sabotage fears grow

Kongsberg will supply technology to protect critical subsea infrastructure as the world struggles to respond to recent sabotage events.

The announcement comes as European governments and infrastructure operators continue to increase investment in subsea monitoring following a series of high-profile incidents involving damage to undersea power and communications cables in the Baltic Sea and elsewhere:
