HYSRR makes a splash
UK-owned Hamble Yacht Services Refit & Repair (HYSRR) showcased Jet Thrusters and Quick Marine products alongside its range of services at Seawork 2017.
HYSRR is the sole UK dealer for Jet Thrusters and products on display at Seawork, which took place from 13-15 June 2017, included the Jet Thruster Compact unit, designed for vessels with a shallow draft, and the JT90.
The company stated that Jet Thrusters are a highly effective alternative to a traditional bow or stern thruster and useful for vessels with restricted space, as well as being a solution to the common issues experienced with swing or tunnel thrusters.
Recently added to HYSRR’s supply and installation services range, Quick Marine products, designed and manufactured by Italian company Quick SpA, include the Quick bow thruster range, gyro stablisers, marine lights, heaters and windlasses.
HYSRR said that Quick SpA’s Quick Nautical Equipment line, the marine water heater brand Sigmar Marine, and the LED lighting line Quick Marine Lighting, are now available in the UK.
Available products also include anti-roll gyro stabilisers, designed to meet the requirements of yachts 7-40m long.
HYSRR was recently chosen by the Ellen MacArthur Cancer Trust to customise its new Beneteau Oceanis 45. The company is also involved with the transformation of Tracy Edwards’ yacht ‘Maiden’, while other projects include the complete refit and repair of a 25m Tecnomar.
