Gdańsk wins $106 million for major port revamp

Poland’s Baltic Sea Port of Gdańsk will undergo a major facelift over the next few years, having won a grant for $106 million to revamp the infrastructure.

The work includes rebuilding four quays with a total length of almost 2,000 metres and a study into the feasibility of onshore power supply system for vessels.
