Profile: The Port of Milford Haven is seeking to appoint a competent contractor to design and install new pontoons adjacent to the J-Wall. The scope includes the design, fabrication, installation and commissioning of a long linkspan pontoon and two adjoining pontoon spurs, including the mooring systems, fixings and access ladders.
