JRC/Alphatron Marine join ShipSupport
JRC/Alphatron Marine has become a global partner of online spare parts shop ShipSupport.
Launched in November 2018, Royal IHC’s ShipSupport.com offers an extensive catalogue including dredge and motion and hydraulic equipment. It also provides services such as specific product catalogues and vessel-specific maintenance documentation, in addition to an online knowledge centre with advice on how to keep vessel fleets working.
According to Maaike de Rover, manager of Netherlands-based ShipSupport, only suppliers renowned for the highest quality parts and components have been considered to join the online platform. “We want our customers to get the best out of their vessels and equipment for the entire lifecycle,” she said.

Tailored help
Customers can choose to share information about their vessel structure with ShipSupport to be presented with individually tailored products directly available in ShipSupport’s online catalogue.
