Load expert looks to expand into America

The agreement with Interface Inc will represent LCM Systems in the American market and become their exclusive distributor of load pins, load shackles, load links and specialty custom design load cells.

Right fit

With both LCM Systems and Interface having built a reputation for supplying quality, highly accurate and durable load measurement products, Mr Sargeant said the two companies are ideally suited to work together and help achieve each company’s objectives going forward.

Interface is well placed in the north American continent and can offer LCM Systems access to this large market, while LCM Systems’ ability to design and manufacture custom designed load pins, load shackles, load links and load cells will significantly expand the product offering of Interface, enabling it to access a broader sector of the load measurement market.

Going forward, Interface will actively promote LCM Systems products in the US as part of its own product line and will provide sales and after sales service and support.

LCM Systems is based in Newport on the Isle of Wight and is a specialist manufacturer of load measurement and instrumentation systems. It has been designing and manufacturing load cells since 1994.
