Anglo-Australian distributor accord
Survey equipment rental specialist Subsea Technology & Rentals (STR) of Great Yarmouth (UK) has appointed Western Advance Pty in Perth as its exclusive rental partner in Australia.
Established suppliers and integrators of survey instrumentation in addition to security and surveillance systems, the Australian organisation also has regional bases in Brisbane, Darwin and Sydney and will become an integral part of STR’s global expansion plans, says Sales and Operations Manager Neil Jackson.
STR specialises in the design, production and rental of systems for geophysical survey, environmental monitoring, navigation and positioning applications. It also maintains a range of specialist in-house facilities including an acoustic test tank, pressure test chamber and a fibre-optic cable moulding facility.
