Innomar student project
Postgraduate students at European universities or scientific institutes with a research project containing a hydrographic element are invited to submit an application for free support from Innomar Technologie of Rostock, Germany.
In return, the company will provide an SES-2000 sub-bottom profiler along with on-site training and individual assistance aboard a survey vessel for any one of three projects in Europe.
Field work should not exceed two weeks and be completed by 30 June, with a final detailed report in English to be submitted by 30 September. Apart from providing active support with equipment and training, Innomar will invite the student with the most successful project to present the results during the company’s 7th workshop on Seabed Acoustics in Rostock in November. Final date for submission of one-page proposals is 31 March at project2015@innomar.com.
