Marina success with Demon Hurricane Combi
New Seawork exhibitor, Demon International, has been manufacturing cleaning equipment for over 30 years. Its Hurricane Combi is perfectly suited to the marine industry and will be on display at the exhibition this year.
David Walke, sales director, Demon International, said: “We are working with a lot of marinas and boat yards and they are very enthusiastic about the Combi. Previously, customers would have had to purchase two pieces of equipment and now they only require one which is much easier to manoeuvre.”
The Combi comes complete with twin spinning arms which rotate at 2000rpm and a 50mm heavy duty skirt eliminates overspray to anything nearby. It is manufactured with an integral pressure washer, either a Hurricane P2 providing 2200psi at 13 litres per minute or a Hurricane P4 at 2900psi at 15 litres per minute.
Due to the power of the pressure washer and the spinning arms, operators benefit from cleaning surfaces in a fraction of the time. The Combi also works as a standalone pressure washer by attaching a lance.
Another benefit is that it glides effortlessly over any surface minimising operator fatigue, with grey non-marking rubber wheels.
