Economic Change Slow for Environmental Salvage
The debate on compensation for salvage operations which prevent damage to the environment, initiated by the International Salvage Union (ISU), is a good thing, International Oil Pollution Compensation Funds director Mans Jacobsson told delegates to the ISU Conference in London last month.
