Marine industry salary survey

Marine Resources has conducted a national Salary Survey

Shore-based UK recruitment specialists, Marine Resources, has conducted a national Salary Survey in partnership with British Marine and Maritime UK.

It is the first of its kind, consisting of a unique piece of research that aims to gain a comprehensive insight into the salaries currently commanded by professionals across the sector. The research has also uncovered key trends and highlighted common challenges within the industry as a whole from the valued feedback that was received.

Marine Resources are recognised as experts in shore-based recruitment with over 16 years of recruitment experience working with high profile clients, such as Princess Yachts, Oyster Yachts, Torqueedo, RWD, and SMS. Hand-picking the best talent from a worldwide client base, Marine Resources offer a tailored and flexible approach to deliver client demands and requirements.

The results of the Marine Resources Salary Survey 2019 will be published in a report available for public release in late November 2019.

Marine Resources are holding a FREE exclusive event to reveal the survey results on 27 Nov 2019 at the Southampton Harbour Hotel. To receive a copy of the report and be involved in a fantastic networking opportunity, and enjoy an afternoon of champagne and canapes to celebrate, register for the event here:
