Garmin cleans up at NMEA Awards
Marine electronics company Garmin has been named Manufacturer of the Year for the fourth consecutive year by members of the National Marine Electronics Association (NMEA).
This honour is given to the most recognized company in the marine electronics field for its support of products in the field, voted on by members of the NMEA.
Garmin, the world’s leading marine electronics manufacturer, also earned the coveted NMEA Technology Award for its Panoptix LiveScope and four Product of Excellence Awards with wins in the following categories: multi-function display (MFD), autopilot, multi-media entertainment and mobile application—utility. The honours were announced at the 2018 NMEA Convention and Expo in October.
