Sign up for the CECA session on 22 June 12:45 - 14:00 where the focus will be ’Responding to the Climate Challenge’. This session is open to all Seawork visitors to attend.
Presenting on Net Zero, Ashley Webber & Harry Stannett from Balanced Energy will provide an overview of the main high-level issues surrounding how organisations, particularly SMEs, are engaged in the process of achieving Net Zero by 2050, including some practical examples of what they can do from a corporate perspective.
Mark Clouter, Commercial Manager, WP Group will give his insight on the current issues for HVO fuel and what these might mean for current and future users. Concentrating on low-carbon projects, Andy Martin, Contracts Manager, Mackley will present on the Lydd Ranges project - an exemplar scheme using alternative and innovative techniques to deliver a low-carbon sea defence project.
