Knud E Hansen has released the first images of its new Arctic research vessel designed for the Danish National Institute of Aquatic Resources

Over the past year, the Dansk Dana Konsortium (DDK) – a partnership between Knud E Hansen and Odense Maritime Technology – has taken an initial 68m concept and transformed it into a detailed 70m tender design.

As a result DTU Aqua has now released a public tender for the detailed design, build and delivery of the vessel, named DANA V.
