UK marine construction contractor Red7Marine has partnered with Engineering for Industry, offering students pre-employment support and training through its consortium with Colchester Institute.
Engineering for Industry was set up to take people struggling to find employment and provide them with the knowledge required to work within the engineering and construction industry. In partnership with Colchester Institute, Red7Marine will be implementing a foundation scheme to reduce and ultimately solve the skill shortage currently being faced in the marine industry.
Red7Marine’s foundation course in partnership with Engineering for Industry, will equip candidates with a direct employment opportunity into a Jacking Engineer role.
