In a major step forward for offshore wind logistics, Esvagt, OSK Design and Hvide Sande Shipyard have unveiled a next-generation safe transfer boat, the STB15

The new vessel, designed to operate at the Hornsea offshore wind farms, is larger, more robust and capable of carrying more technicians and cargo than its predecessor.

The STB15 enhances operational capability by supporting both traditional boat landings and the innovative GUS hoist system, which allows technicians to be lifted directly on to turbine platforms.
